Made during lockdown and on finding a sketch book of her mothers – the artist took the many sketches of chairs by her mother and translated them to print. Unable to access a studio, she made her own aquatint, and the haziness of the marks, imparts the feeling of memory. The chine colle is from letters written between family members over the years.
