Collagraph is a printmaking technique using a plate that is made from textured materials glued to a backing plate. The resulting plate can be printed in intaglio, relief or both and can be combined with other techniques.

On this 2 day workshop you will learn a variety of techniques for making collagraph plates using textured materials and natural materials. You will also learn how to ink and print a collagraph, how to apply colour rubs, top rolls, and chine colle and experiment with different papers.
