LOOP Artists in Print

LOOP 2024 PRINTMAKERS IN ACTION

In September, thirty LOOP artists will be exhibiting together at the Bankside Gallery in London. Members will be offering demonstrations and conversations during the show, giving visitors and collectors an insight into printmakers’ techniques and how they develop their ideas.

LOOP Artists in Print was founded in 2005 by MA graduates from Camberwell School of Art. This year, our annual exhibition will be opened by Johanna Love, head of the MA in Printmaking course. LOOP is proud to continue the Camberwell connection, and every year invites a new MA graduate to exhibit with them.

Etching in remote landscapes, combining digitised imagery with collage, printing on found materials, manipulating surfaces to make 3D forms: these are some of the processes explored by LOOP artists in their latest prints as they continue to find new ways to examine and interrogate a changing world.

LOOP artists aim to bring their audience closer to the joy of seeing prints at close range, so they price their work reasonably and are delighted to be showing again at the easily accessible Bankside Gallery, close to Tate Modern. Visitors will receive a warm welcome, with printmakers demonstrating their working processes throughout the exhibition.
